Redux: Pretty in Pink

Another project I had been designing are mini-wallets with zippered compartments and snap closures. Here are a few in Alexander Henry (my current favorite designer) prints.
Even though they are unfilled, they photograph puffed up -- I guess the camera does add 10 pounds. I'm in love with the zippered compartment, just the right size for coins. The slots are roomy enough for several credit and business cards. More non-pink prints and pictures in my shop. I have got to figure out how to add a Flickr account to my blog -- I'd appreciate any tips!As much as I love these for short trips and small purses, but I realized that I like carrying everything with me (gift cards, health insurance cards, zoo membership cards, grocery cards, credit cards, debit cards and a plethora of receipts). So a Big Mama version is in the works, (I'm almost sure it will not be pink!).

P.S....here's a bi-fold wallet in a sweet Hello Kitty print (since Blogger took long enough to load these pics, I better use them all!). It has a different construction to allow for an elastic strap closure.

The wallets are great. I like the little zippered compartment and the button tab details. The fabrics are lovely, too.

Pink! I love pink. The fabric is nice as well - I've never bought any Alexander Henry stuff - very nice. I have yet to use the zippers you sent, but one of these days I'll venture into the zipper arena. A wallet would be much more fun with a zipper.
