Pretty in pink

Do you ever find yourself working in themes? Previously, it was black and white. Currently, I'm on a major pink buying binge. It seems so odd that it appeals to me now with the fall in the horizon. Anyways, here is a girly pink tweed clutch with wooden handles that I just finished.
Doesn't she look yummy? There's a matching wallet which I forgot to photograph. The material frays like crazy, so I'm thinking of designing the handle channel differently next time and using more fusible interfacing. I'm thinking of offering more of the same in these other pink boucles.

Do it! Make more out of those fabrics. Pink is so yummy. I like it all year. :o) Different shades of pink go better with different seasons, of course, but the texture of that fabric says winter to me, even if the color does not.

Well.. i'm addicted to pink ALL THE TIME, so i hear where you're coming from. But, my stores don't want pink right now... so it's like a catch-22 type of thing. be happy not selling, or sell unhappily. sort of.

Go with the flow...if it's pink then it's pink and perfect, great work!
