Back to school: Pencil cases


I have been wanting to make my version of these baguette style zippered pouches. Something chunky and cute. There are little ribbon loops to make zipping and unzipping easier.

I found this stiff, water resistant twill while thrifting and thought it would be the perfect lining/interfacing. It's heavy hand made pining difficult but it was worth it. The case holds it shape and stays open when unzipped.
