Mindless (almost) sewing projects

After the sewing frenzy of the last few weeks, I'm a bit burnt out on any projects which require pattern drafting, calculators, measurements and ...thinking.

Isn't it nice to have easy projects...ones you've done many times that all the measurements and steps are memorized? I know it can be repetitive, but it's comforting too. Like a favorite family recipe, the results are practically guaranteed. Below are some custom work that were completed this week: mini wallet and bifold snap wallets.
I'm saving my brain for tax preparation this week -- yuck!

I know what you mean!!
I got burnt out last week sewing a couple of diaper bags for my website. I enjoy making little zippered pouches (much easier). I really like your little wallets !!

These are wonderful little wallets. You have so many beautiful projects, it's a pleasure to stop by for another visit.

I just discovered your blog and I am loving looking at all your projects. I was wondering if you used patterns or just made up your own. If you make them yourself, do you post them anywhere? I would love to try to make these little wallets, but I don't think I could do it without a pattern. Thanks!
